Payment for cosmetic plastic surgery is due in full two weeks prior to your surgery. A $1,000 downpayment is required the day you schedule your surgery. Non-surgical treatments, such as Ultherapy and injectables, are paid for in full at the time of service. We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.

We recommend Care Credit, a medical financing company, which offers financing for your surgical procedure. We’re happy to assist you with applying for financing should you so desire. Feel free to obtain financing directly on-line at: www.carecredit.com.

The benefits paid by insurance companies for surgery vary greatly from carrier to carrier and plan to plan. Our knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance companies can be an important factor in assisting you to obtain the maximum benefits allowed under your insurance policy. We make every effort to determine in advance if insurance coverage for your surgical prodecure exists. We ascertain the projected insurance payment and the required patient responsibility, including deductible and co-payment. We do this because we believe you need to be as informed as possible regarding your insurance coverage prior to surgery. We request that payment be made for required any deductible and/or co-payment at the time of your initial consultation office visit. We also want you to be aware that you are ultimately responsible for the full payment any charges your insurance carrier applies to patient responsibility.
Down-Payment & Cancellation Policy
We require a down-payment in the amount of 10% of your surgery fee at the time you schedule your surgery. We also require that the entire balance due for your cosmetic procedure be paid in full two weeks prior to your surgery.
