As patients contemplate surgery, they frequently need information about the various payment options and have questions about their potential insurance benefits. Please discuss all arrangements regarding payment of your account with us prior to scheduling your surgery.
Payment for cosmetic plastic surgery is due one month (30 days) prior to your surgery. A $1,000 downpayment is required the day you schedule your surgery and is nonrefundable. Non-surgical treatments, such as Ultherapy and injectables, are paid for in full at the time of service. We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.

We recommend Care Credit, a medical financing company, which offers financing for your surgical procedure. We’re happy to assist you with applying for financing should you so desire. Feel free to obtain financing directly on-line at: www.carecredit.com.
Cash or Check Of course, we gladly accept your personal check, cashier’s check, or cash.
The benefits paid by insurance companies for surgery vary greatly from carrier to carrier and plan to plan. Our knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance companies can be an important factor in assisting you to obtain the maximum benefits allowed under your insurance policy. We make every effort to determine in advance if insurance coverage for your surgical prodecure exists. We ascertain the projected insurance payment and the required patient responsibility, including deductible and co-payment. We do this because we believe you need to be as informed as possible regarding your insurance coverage prior to surgery. We request that payment be made for required any deductible and/or co-payment at the time of your initial consultation office visit. We also want you to be aware that you are ultimately responsible for the full payment any charges your insurance carrier applies to patient responsibility.
Down-Payment & Cancellation Policy
A $1,000.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling your surgery. Payment for your surgery is due in full ONE MONTH (30 DAYS) prior to your scheduled surgery date.
- If surgery cancelled 14-30 days prior to surgery: a new $1,000 deposit will be required to reschedule future surgeries.
- If surgery cancelled 7-14 days prior to surgery: a new $1,000 deposit will be required to reschedule future surgeries AND forfeiture of 25% of surgeon fees.
- If surgery cancelled 3-7 days prior to surgery: a new $1,000 deposit will be required to reschedule future surgeries AND forfeiture of 50% of surgeon fees.
- If surgery cancelled within 2 business days prior to surgery: a new $1,000 deposit will be required to reschedule future surgeries AND forfeiture of 100% of surgeon fees.
Forfeiture percentages and timing can be adjusted at the discretion of the surgeon on an individual basis but is not guaranteed.
